The official launch

My wife Mary doing the bubbly thing. Hey, not too much on the boat, save some for the guests! My son Paul is helping out.
By the way, are there any other Pathfinder or Navigator owners here in South Australia? I would love to hear from you.

Some, but not all of the 14 people who turned up for the launch.

As I mentioned in the previous post, I am not pleased with the crease in the mainsail but I'm working on that.

  1. EXCELLENT!

    How good is that!

Wonderful to see you on the water at last. It's given me some impetus to get a move on with my Pathfinder.

I would love to know how your motor mount works out as I'm not cutting a hole in the back of Gath Mor either!

Where did you get the trailer? I will be making mine (eventually) but could do with some ideas or help when it comes to the design.

Well done on getting Chinook on the water.

    Have fun!

  3. Very excellent!! Congratulations! Your success is an inspiration to all of us who wish to voyage to adventure in our own craft. If you would be so kind as to answer one question, where/how did you come up with the design for the mast tabernacle? I would be very appreciative if you could refer me to the answer.
